You may already be aware that Marcus Hotels & Resorts is a division of The Marcus Corporation, which was started in 1935 with the acquisition of a single-screen movie theatre in Wisconsin. In fact, that is why this communication piece has a movie theme each month. Today, Marcus Theatres is the fourth largest movie theatre circuit in the country...and our footprint just expanded. Marcus has completed its acquisition of Movie Tavern, adding 22 locations and 9 states to our theatre portfolio, bringing us to a total of 90 locations with nearly 1,100 screens in 17 states. As we say, we are an experience company - from movies to memories!

LEGOs were created in 1958 and retain the same fit with the LEGO "bricks" (as they are called) that are manufactured today. On average, there are 80 LEGO bricks for every person on earth. Laid end to end, the number of LEGO bricks sold in a year would reach more than five times around the world. The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part is playing in theatres now.
