The original animated movie The Lion King was released by Disney in 1994. The Lion King is being re-released with a roar on July 19th in CGI – that almost appears to be live action – for the movie’s 25th anniversary. Its release as a summer blockbuster is also well-timed to the Leo (lion) phase of the astrological calendar that begins in late July.
