As reported by Hotel News Now, with generally fewer ballrooms being built, and as groups seek out experiences that make meetings memorable, boutiques and other hotels are marketing their unique and alternative spaces to boost group bookings. Marcus’ newly opened 219-room Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel is a perfect example with its Black Box Theatre that offers flexible, unique space to accommodate groups of 75 to 100.
